Our Team is headed by Ashok Nair who once a lawyer, winded up his practice and moved to the corporate legal sector, worked with different organizations while kept learning and enhanced his knowledge and skill in the areas of data protection, privacy law, intellectual property rights, internet laws from reputed universities and bodies. While working in the corporate, he realized that business owners by themselves are experts in their chosen business or industry. But when it comes to the law, they seldom have the relevant knowledge or the right legal assistance or support which caused many heartburns and complicated legal battles shattering their dream of building a successful business organization.

This observation, was the deciding factor for him to come out of the corporate world and started Biz Legal Guard in 2016.
